All full time staff members over age 21 are eligible for a generous 401K match program subject to waiting periods. Pace also enrolls staff in our employee stock ownership plan between 1 year and 18 months of service depending upon hire date. To help our staff members manage their funds, Pace further provides an on-site independent financial advisor several times a year.

Pace offers a FREE wellness program for all staff which includes:

Pace has a market based approach to all compensation. Our employees that work on the weekends or works during night shifts enjoy shift differentials on top of their base pay.
Time Off
At Pace, we work hard and play hard. That is our why our employees enjoy a generous vacation and sick policy, longer-term sick time, and company paid holidays. We also provide paid time off for bereavement and jury duty.
In addition to our generous paid time off policies, we like to give back to our community. Our employees that donate or volunteer at our company sponsored American Red Cross blood drives also receive additional Paid Leave Time.
