air/vapor intrusion/soil gas: ESC supports methods TO-15, TO-15 SIM for low level chlorinated compounds, TO-3, Method 18. ESC also analyzes for Fixed Gases by Method 3C and ASTM1946. Our inventory includes over 700 SUMMATM canisters and flow controllers. Whether looking for volatiles in ambient air or performing a soil gas study, ESC is there to provide our customers a primary laboratory resource with collection media rental and analyses.
volatiles and semi-volatiles: ESC supports SW846, SDWA, CWA, ASTM and numerous state program specific methods. Our state of the art organic instrumentation includes over 40 GC/MS, 35 GC and 4 HPLC. Some of the most frequently requested methods we support include 504, 524, 552, 624, 602, 625, 8011, 8260, 8260 low level, 8270, 8270 SIM, 8015, 8310, 8330 and RSK175. Some of our more recent test additions include low level 1,4-Dioxane, Iso-Octane and NDPA. ESC’s 5 to 7 working day standard turnaround time, rush turnaround capabilities for 1 to 4 working day special projects and 24/7/365 operations in combination with being the largest capacity volatiles and semivolatiles laboratory in the industry make ESC the lab of choice for projects of all scopes and sizes.
pesticides, herbicides and PCBs: ESC analyzes for herbidicides by 8151 and pesticides by 608, 8081, 8141. ESC is one of the only labs nationally that consistently delivers a 5 to 7 working day standard turnaround for organophosphorus pesticides by 8141. We are also equipped to handle large volumes and unusual matrices for PCB sample analyses using various methods including 608 and 8082.
explosives: ESC performs explosives analysis by method 8330. Common analytes include RDX, HMX, TNT, DNT and Nitrobenzene.
