About Peter // Peter’s professional career began in the United States Navy Submarine Service, where he completed a five year tour of service that included qualification as Officer of the Deck and supervision of nuclear reactor and power plant operations. He joined ESC in 1987 as Business Development Manager. In 1990, he assumed operating responsibility from his father and ESC founder, Dr. Arthur Schulert. Peter coordinates ESC resources to maximize value-added services to our clients and our internal automation processes. Under his direction, ESC has developed industry-leading online data management tools that serve our clients daily. Peter also leads our corporate social responsibility initiatives, which have resulted in significant reductions in solvent, paper and energy usage.
